As you probably have heard, the hot topic in Chicago lately
is surrounding the issue of the school closings. Mayor Emmanuel released the
list of schools that are planned to be closed next year, and it has not been
received well. Last week, a protest took place downtown, and I was able to see
it take place on my way home from my internship.
